James Jackson
President
Jim has 25 years of experience in the printing and graphic communications industry. As the founder of Global Graphic Management, Inc., he has helped many national companies build and develop their brand image and message. A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology in Printing Systems Management, Jim is an expert in cross-media marketing and printing efficiencies.

Jim DiNardo
Jim brings over 21 years of business management experience in the self-storage industry to Helmsman Marketing. He served as Operations Manager (and a partner) for The Storage Depot – one of the largest operators of self-storage facilities in Metro Boston - until the company was sold to Extra Space Storage (EXR) in 2004. He was involved in all aspects of managing the business and responsible for the overall performance of the staff and facilities. In 2004, Jim formed J. DiNardo Consulting, a consulting firm specializing in the self-storage industry. Since that time, he has consulted with large and small operators on all aspects of management operations. Jim is a graduate of Bentley College (University), with a Bachelor of Science in Management.

Bob Fabrizio
Chief Technology Officer
Bob has 25+ years of experience in the development of enterprise software applications with concentration in the industrial, retail, and services sectors. He has led the effort to develop several products offerings that have been sold and deployed to many Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, Bob was CTO/Vice President of R&D for SmartTime Software, which offered an enterprise time and labor management solution. Prior to SmartTime Software, Bob has held various technical leadership positions and has consulted for several application software vendors with focus on large-scale application architectures. Bob received an SM degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Melissa Jackson
Creative Director
Melissa has 25 years of experience in graphic design and communications. As a designer at a cross- section of companies from software to advertising, she has developed innovative marketing campaigns and brand imaging for a diverse clientele. Melissa has a BA in Communications from Simmons College.
